The merchandise must be normal stock items, in original cartons and in resalable condition.

1.Email weldinghelmetboss at  returns@weldinghelmetboss.com advising the return of merchandise with order number and date of purchase.

2. An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number will be issued for the goods being returned.

3. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the  warehouse specified. We do not accept collect shipments.

4. Merchandise must be returned within 25 days after the RGA number has been issued.

5. A minimum 20%  restock charge may apply for those non stock items. Non stock items are generally special orders

6. All returns that are returned because the customer ordered the wrong item or is just not happy with it will have a 15% restocking fee applied.

7. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Those such returns include but are not limited to damaged merchandise or damaged packaging.

We do charge a 3.75% charge to process refunds which will come off the total amount charged including shipping and taxes. We charge this because when we process a return we get charged the same fee from our gateway provider as everyone else online does. Some may not choose to pass this charge down but we simply cannot afford to keep processing returns and getting charged these kind of fees. We also would like our customers to be aware that there is a 2% credit card fee that we get charged on the initial purchase before the return is processed.  So in therory we are getting a 5.75% charge on every return we make.  We hope that you you understand this.
